Determine the graphic size of JPEG, GIF, TIF, BMP, etc. image files

This module is a port of Image::Size from Perl. It differs from the Perl version in one respect: the GIF image size routine only determines the logical screen sizes, not the size of each image in the file. As I needed to determine the max extents for printing, this was not a feature I needed.
