arcvback 4.4

Backup software for a small LAN for user data files

added excludedir filter to exclude some subdirectories from within the set of backup directories. This is useful when backing up Visual C++ projects where you don't want the compiler output files (like .objs) to be backed up. Fixed a few bugs as well.
