Description
- This patch is about "getRefs" and "getBRefs" of ATReference.
- These are not checking permissions.
- This patch is checking permissions and checking "effectiveDate".
- Adding methods are "getSecureRefs" and "getSecureBRefs".
- Adding methods are "getSortedSecureRefs" and "getSortedSecureBRefs" from Ver 0.2.
