decimalfuncs 1.4

Adds some elementary functions for Decimal numbers

Adds sin, cos, tan, asin, acos, atan, exp, ln, log10, pow, pi. atan2 is missing. Also includes an inverse parabolic interpolation root finder as given in "Embedded Systems Programming", May, 2002, pg 7-14.
