Improved and extended turtle graphics like module

Frog is a single module based on Tkinter used for graphical programming similar to what is known as "turtle graphics". Indeed, frog is much more than turtle graphics: It is an object-oriented, event-driven and powerful module suitable for educational purpose, but also for programming (some kind of) games. Works fine with Python 2.x (2.5 or higher) and Python 3.0.
