A package to access the quote database on german-bash.org

It contains a a client module for german-bash.org (GBO), which fetches quote websites and parses them using either BeautifulSoup or lxml 2, a module to manage a local database of favourite quotes, and two command line frontends to fetch quotes and manage the favourites database.
