A command line Picasa web album TAG export/update

PIcasa Web Album Tag Export/update.

usage:

1. Getting TAG from Picasa web alubm. using piwato.py(PIcasa Web Album Tag Output)

2. Export tagfile is tab separated and UTF-8 text

3. Editing tagfile by your favalate tool. (OpenOffice calc, MS-EXCEL and etc.)

4. Update Picasa web album by edited tagfile.

   using piwati.py(PIcasa Web Album Tag Import)
