Python binding of SugarCRM, that uses the SOAP API provided by SugarCRM

This release drops SOAPpy in favor of ElementSoap.

A new feature has been added: modules can now post batches of entries at the same time using set_entries on the appropriate modules.

There are also some bugfixes. IntergerFields were not working properly when sending to SugarCRM, this has been fixed
