Colour output plugin for the nose testing framework

Colour output plugin for the nose testing framework.

Only works on Unix-like systems (uses ANSI colour codes).

Use nosetests --with-color (no "u"!) to turn it on.

Known bugs:

1. Errorclasses (e.g. skips, deprecations) crash rudolf. This requires a change to nose to fix, which is currently being discussed.

2. When used with plugins that use the .report() plugin method, output from those other plugins will be suppressed. This includes the coverage plugin that's included with nose. Again, this requires a change to nose.
