Flash programmer for ST Micro’s STM32 microcontrollers. STBoot uses serial protocol defined in AN2662.

On this development board RTS and DTR are controls state of BOOT0 and RESET.
RTS — BOOT0
DTR — !RESET
Add -s key for use in this mode.
