From PyPi: pip install sldc-cytomine

Documentation

This folder contains a binding between Cytomine and SLDC.

Classes:

  • CytomineSlide: encapsulating an ImageInstance and SliceInstance
  • CytomineTile
  • CytomineTileBuilder
  • TileCache: to avoid downloading the same tile several times.
