PyCondor

PyCondor (Python HTCondor) is a tool to help build and submit workflows to HTCondor in a straight-forward manner with minimal hassle.

Installation

PyCondor can be installed using pip

pip install pycondor

or conda

conda install -c conda-forge pycondor
