Moksha consumer that listens to BZ over STOMP and reproduces to fedmsg

Try it out:

cp development.ini.example development.ini

Edit it to point at your STOMP broker.

Run with:

moksha-hub

It should pick up the bugzilla2fedmsg consumer.
