Invenio module serving a generic record editor

This is an experimental developer preview release.

This module provides [invenio-records-editor-js](https://github.com/inveniosoftware/invenio-records-editor-js) an angular application which serves as a json editor for invenio models.

Further documentation is available on https://invenio-records-editor.readthedocs.io/
