Simulation model described and used in ‘Competition Between Continuously Evolving Lineages in Asexual Populations’ by Noah Ribeck, Joseph S. Mulka, Luis Zaman, Brian D. Connelly, and Richard E. Lenski. In each simulation, a population grows, mutates, and evolves by selection.
