logwatcher-kafka-plugin 1.0

This Plugin allows LogWatcher (https://github.com/CityGrid/logwatcher) to send log lines to a Kafka Topic. This topic can then be consumed by any other application including applicaitons like LogStash. This Plugin requires LogWatcher.
