A library to disaggregate the rainfall. It uses the random multipicative cascade
moethod. The approach is given in the following article:
Sat Kumar, M. Sekhar, D. V. Reddy. Improving the disaggregation of daily
rainfall into hourly rainfall using hourly soil moisture
