WC-Sandbox is a collection of Jupyter notebooks for learning about whole-cell modeling. The sandbox is available at https://sandbox.karrlab.org.

Install dependencies
- Pip >= 18.0
- Python >= 3.6
- Requirements for individual WC modeling tools. See An Introduction to Whole-Cell Modeling.
Install this package
- Install the latest release from PyPI pip install wc_sandbox
- Install the latest revision from GitHub pip install git+git://github.com/KarrLab/wc_sandbox#egg=wc_sandbox
