COVID-19 surge period calculation and clustering for communities afflicted by the corona virus SARS-CoV-2
This is an expedited data analysis development aimed at comparing critical surge periods in commnities afflicted by the new corona virus.
This development is in progress: test using PyPI.

| Distribution of critical surge periods for the states in US with the most evolved epidemic. There are 6 groups in US with similar surge periods. Groups are made within bins of 2 days width. The results are shown below. The range of the critical period is between 16 to 26 days. That is, the number of days the health system was stressed the most. |
