diff_predictor

Diff_predictor is a prediction package for multiple particle tracking data and is intended for use alongside diff_classifier (https://github.com/Nance-Lab/diff_classifier). It contains methods intended to transform and predict on MPT data, as well as methods for analyzing prediction results including feature importance.
