ecoflux

ecoflux is a Python package that provides core functions to calculate ecosystem–atmosphere exchanges of energy, water, carbon, and trace gases.

WARNING: The project is in an experimental stage. There is no stable release yet.

Requirements

  • Python (>= 3.6)
  • NumPy
  • SciPy
  • PyScaffold (for nightly version only)

NOTE: This package will not work under Python 2.

Installation

A convenient way to install this package is through pip:

pip install ecoflux

Alternative, to install the nightly version:

git clone https://github.com/wusunlab/ecoflux
cd ecoflux
python3 setup.py develop

ecoflux is released under the MIT license. See the LICENSE file.
