Nomer is a stand-alone java application which maps identifiers and names to taxonomic names and ontological terms.

Installation
Download and build nomer-docker container ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
pynomer uses HTTP requests to access nomer commands exposes by a dockerized RESTful API. You can find the instructions for building and running the nomer-docker container here <https://github.com/nleguillarme/nomer-docker>

Install pynomer python package ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
pynomer stable version can be installed from PyPi.
