Version 1.0 works with the new Scalr JSON API.

Install:

`console pip install scalr-ctl `

Configure:

`console scalr-ctl configure `

Use:

`console scalr-ctl --help scalr-ctl <tab> <tab> `

Update:

`console pip install --upgrade scalr-ctl scalr-ctl update `
