# Motioncorr plugin
This plugin allows to use motioncorr (dosefgpu) and motioncor2 programs within the Scipion framework.
Motioncorr and motioncor2 are GPU-accelerated programs for correction of electron beam-induced sample motion. They are developed by [Xueming Li](http://cryoem.ucsf.edu/software/driftcorr.html) and [Shawn Zheng](http://msg.ucsf.edu/em/software/motioncor2.html), respectively.
Supported versions of Motioncorr: 2.1
Supported version of Motioncor2: 17.01.30, 1.0.2, 1.0.5, 1.1.0
