Resmap plugin
Resmap it is an easy to use software package for computing the local resolution of 3D density maps studied in structural biology, primarily electron cryo-microscopy (cryo-EM). This plugin allows to use Resmap within the Scipion framework.
Setup
Install this plugin:
scipion installp -p scipion-em-resmapOR
through the plugin manager GUI by launching Scipion and following Configuration >> Plugins
Alternatively, in devel mode:
scipion installp -p local/path/to/scipion-em-resmap --develRelease history Release notifications | RSS feed
