Read FITS arrays (done via astropy.io.fits)
(Standard image reduction pipeline: bias subtraction, flat field normalization, etc.)
(Other image clean-up: bad pixels, cosmic rays, detector artifacts)

(Transform detector x,y coordinates into local Lat, Lon)
