A Python implementation of RFC 7519. Original implementation was written by @progrium.

Installing

Install with pip:

$ pip install PyJWT

Usage

>>> import jwt
>>> encoded = jwt.encode({"some": "payload"}, "secret", algorithm="HS256")
>>> print(encoded)
